In 2017 almost 40% of ISVs claim to have more than 75% of their teams working in Agile vs 24% of enterprises2.

Product-level Agile planning maturity continues to grow, but most organizations have yet to clearly link product outcomes to business strategy on one side, but also link product engineering work and progress made to business value.
